A production expert with 15+ years experience in moving image, Cherish has worked at production companies and agencies across a range of senior production roles including Senior/Lead Producer, Line Producer and PM. She has also helmed creatively as Exec Producer, Creative Producer, Writer/Director and run her own production company serving as Company Director and Creative Director for which she hired, trained and managed a team of full-time staff.

She has proven experience leading the delivery of quality, multi-platform content end-to-end. An entrepreneurial-minded leader with a keen understanding of business and client requirements and collaborative team player, she has extensive global, cross-disciplinary experience working with senior management. She is known for leading efficiently in operations and workflow, finding solutions and producing results that fit the brief in fast-paced, high-stress environments, juggling multiple projects whilst dealing with talent, top stakeholders, creatives and clients on 4 – 7 figure budgets.
